Sales of UK property fell to a new low as an average of 10 properties were sold per estate agent over a 3 month period.The RICS survey showed that there were more people registering to purchase property, no doubt being tempted into the market by the savage cuts in interest rates and falling values.
However more and more people were continuing to buy overseas - a trend we have also noticed at Girasol.
