Grey water treatment by AQUATRON. from bathroom and kitchen sinks, and washing-machine and diswasher waste pipes- All tjis water recycling can be used for garden wareting and re-use in WC´s.
KITCHEN RECYCLING
Food-waste disposer. Installed under the kitchen sink, grinds food waste within seconds.
WALL COATINGS
Wall rendering with aerial lime paste, totally waterproof. Lime is a natural product.
INSULATION
Thermal & Acoustic insulation with 40 mm sheep wool, completely ecological and recyclable.
SUN FACING
All our ECOFRIENDLY houses will have the best sun facing situation possible, as a means of taking advantage of the natural sunlight, as well as helping with building´s climate control.
ENERGY-EFFICIENT LIGHTING
Big windows in all possible places to allow for maxium daylight entry, as an aim for electrical saving, windows will also be double-glazed.
PHOTOVOLTAIC NET
Photovoltaic solar estation (optional) based on high-performance crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules for the conversion of sunlight into electricity, capable of producing 2.500 w.
SOLAR POOL HEATING
Solar kit pool heating (optional). Can extend the swimming season, as it uses the sun´s heat, but does not imply a hot water pool during the winter months.
SOLAR HEATED WATER
Solar kit for water heating, with 200L. deposit.
DAYLINGHTING DEVICE
Natural daylight davice by SOLARTUBE, for use in darker house areas enhancing the use of natural light and saving on electricity costs.
