The service in brief:
Plot Locations – We have opportunitites from all over Spain and the Islands, Portugal (Algarve, Alentejo and Silver Coast), Turkey, Cyprus, Italy and the USA and many have spectacular sea and mountain views. Whatever your requirements we can find suitable plots for your dream home.
Design – After talking through your ideas with our local professionals they will help with introductions to architects and builders to create the plans for your home.
Adaptation – We have also seen the potential for adapted homes for people with disabilities and it is simple to design these adaptations from the blueprint stage and in the future this will aid the resale value and also the letting potential of any such product.
Construction – Once the building of your property has commenced your local project manager will provide regular updates and photographs of the project by email or post and ongoing project liaison.
Completion – Once the property is built we can assist with garden landscaping, interior design, furnishing and property maintenance services. Should you wish to let the property, our local professionals are specialists in marketing and renting out luxury villa’s in the local areas we operate in.
