more people buying overseas than in the UK according to lenders

Sales of UK property fell to a new low as an average of 10 properties were sold per estate agent over a 3 month period.

The RICS survey showed that there were more people registering to purchase property, no doubt being tempted into the market by the savage cuts in interest rates and falling values.


However more and more people were continuing to buy overseas - a trend we have also noticed at Girasol.

Sparkling new Villa Designs Prove a Big Hit in Hills outside Javea and Denia

With all of the oversupply on large Identikit developments all across Spain there is a trend towards small modern new build projects on private plots provided with all luxuries.

This is an example of such a project in the Orba area of Northern Costa Blanca, with spectacular views on a small development of only 8 villas. The showhouse is now open in Benidorm. We spotted this trend with our other spectacular projects in the Silver Coast Portugal areas recently.

With this site there is a choice between several models, which all have three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Modern architecture ensures plenty of light and optimum use of space.
